About the Project
The current playground is in a Resource Protection Area (RPA), which means it impacts the water quality of our waterways. The playground will be moved outside the RPA and updated to include areas for both tots and youth to enjoy, as well as ensure we better manage the stormwater to improve the quality of our waterways.
About the Process
Based on the suggestions from the community survey for the Towers Park Playground Renovations project, we’ve come up with draft design concepts and would like your feedback. In particular, we’d really like for you to share how you use the playground and how you’d like to see it updated. We’ll use the information to develop a final concept design for the playground. Please join us on:
Thursday, April 25 from 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Carver Community Center
1415 S Queen St
Can’t find a babysitter? No worries! We’ll have plenty of activities to keep the little ones busy and for them to share their thoughts on the playground.
Interested in receiving reminders for the meeting? We'll send you periodic reminders and an RSVP confirmation that can be added to your calendar if you let us know you're coming via Eventbrite. Prior registration is not required to participate in this event.
