About the Project
The applicant, JBG Smith, proposes to develop an undeveloped tract of land on a 6.4 acre site (the southernmost portion of the 9.2 acre PenPlace PDSP site) with two seven-story buildings containing 300 residential units total, and approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of retail gross floor area.
