The applicant, Pillars Development Group, proposes to build a 4-story mixed-use building on 38,000 square feet of land on the site currently occupied by El Tutumaso restaurant. The new building would include 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, 78 residential units, 87 underground parking spaces and a 3,572 square foot private courtyard.
