About the Project
The applicants, Ron and Tracy Shively, proposes a small infill redevelopment with two semi-detached dwelling units. The site is currently developed with a two-story single-family house dating from the early 20th Century.
Proposed project details:
- Construct two semi-detached units (duplex) on a 5,872-square-foot site, for a density of 14.83 du/acre (.80 FAR). Building height is proposed to be 43.82 feet.
