On the south side of Washington Boulevard in the North Ballston neighborhood, on the block bounded by N. Stafford Street to the east, N. Stuart Street to the west, Washington Boulevard to the north and southwest of the Washington-Lee playing fields.

About the Project
The applicants, Ron and Tracy Shively, proposes a small infill redevelopment with two semi-detached dwelling units. The site is currently developed with a two-story single-family house dating from the early 20th Century.
Proposed project details:
- Construct two semi-detached units (duplex) on a 5,872-square-foot site, for a density of 14.83 du/acre (.80 FAR). Building height is proposed to be 43.82 feet.
