The Bus Transformation Strategy is a plan to transform bus in the Washington region to improve service and the customer experience, creating a more cohesive area-wide system. The draft Bus Transformation Strategy was developed with insights from stakeholders, riders, and the public, and is based on extensive research and analysis.
The Bus Transformation Project team will be presenting the draft Bus Transformation Strategy to the public at an open house on May 20 in Arlington. This will be an opportunity to discuss the draft recommendations with the project team and to submit feedback; in addition, there will be an opportunity to review the draft Bus Transformation Strategy and submit feedback online starting on May 6.
