Background
The Energize Arlington workshop series emerged from a series of earlier roundtable conversations with 55 civic and condo association presidents. Hosted in the spring of 2018, these interactive sessions focused on exploring both the successes and challenges community leaders experience in their neighborhoods, and were co-hosted by County Manager Mark Schwartz and Civic Federation President Duke Banks. The robust dialogue and interactions led to finding several connections as well as topics and resources that were of interest for participants. Now, Arlington Civic Federation and Arlington County are pleased to offer Energize Arlington, a series of free interactive workshops for community leaders.
